Taking a screenshot assists people take an image of the whole screen, which will allow them to crop and edit the image to their liking. The first thing you would like to do is search for the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. Every single computer will have a various location for this key, but usually the key is located in the upper right location of your keyboard.
Beneath are a couple of images that give an idea of where the key is located for different keyboards, such as laptops:

Subsequent thing you wish to do, is choose whatever webpage or screen that you simply need to take a snapshot of. Then press the "Print Screen" key. What this will do is copy the screen in the exact same way you'd copy any words from an article.

Discovering the Paint application:
Pretty much every Windows computer already has the Paint program in it. If you're not sure exactly where to locate Paint, then:
1)Click onto the Windows/Start button within the lower left.
2)Click "All programs", and then you'll click "Accessories" (it should be listed there by default)
3)Then click "Paint"
Note: It is possible to also pin the Paint application towards the Start Menu for quicker access by right clicking onto the Paint icon.
Taking a screenshot is simple when you've tried it several occasions.
When the Paint plan opens, then click onto the "Paste" icon, and the screen which you copied will be pasted and prepared to become edited. Hopefully taking a screenshot will likely be a breeze for you now. :-)
